  • Product packaging may remain in original manufacturer packaging from South Korea.
  • Product images and packaging may differ slightly from the received item due to manufacturer updates.

3. Cross-Border Sale and Importer of Record

  • All orders are sold and shipped from South Korea.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing goods cross-border from South Korea for personal use.
  • By placing an order, you agree that you act as the importer of record in the destination country.
  • The products are intended for personal use and comply with the regulations of the country of origin, South Korea.
  • You are responsible for any local import restrictions that apply to your destination country.

4. Pricing, VAT, and Taxes

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
  • For eligible EU orders with an intrinsic value up to EUR 150, destination-country VAT is collected at checkout through IOSS.
  • For orders above EUR 150, or where IOSS is unavailable or not applicable, additional import VAT, duties, taxes, or carrier clearance charges may apply on delivery.
  • We may correct manifest pricing or listing errors before shipment or refund the order if fulfillment is not possible at the listed price.

5. Orders and Payment

  • An order is accepted once we send an order confirmation and successfully authorize payment.
  • We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unsupported destinations, stock unavailability, or legal restrictions.
  • Payment is processed through gateways operating for the Korean seller.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather events, and destination-country procedures are outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we shipped the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective item.

8. Product Use and Safety

  • Read the product page carefully and patch test where appropriate before full use.
  • Stop use immediately if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek medical advice where appropriate.
  • Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • The courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
  • EU consumers may also submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
