Yes. Every product is sourced directly from Korean retailers and ships from South Korea. Each order is dispatched in its original Korean manufacturer packaging.
For eligible EU orders up to €150, we collect destination-country VAT at checkout via IOSS — there's no extra VAT or clearance fee on delivery. For orders above €150, or to destinations where IOSS doesn't apply, import VAT, duties, or carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery. Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days from dispatch. Transit time depends on destination, carrier capacity, and customs review. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery for unopened items. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless defective. See our Shipping & Customs page for the full return process.
