All orders ship from South Korea. We do not keep stock in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the European Union.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing times are shown on the website, product page, or at checkout.
  • Orders may take longer to dispatch during product launches, holidays, customs disruptions, or supplier delays.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Transit times vary by destination, carrier capacity, customs review, and local delivery conditions.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect customer address details.

3. VAT, Customs, and IOSS

  • Orders are shipped cross-border from South Korea.
  • For eligible EU orders under EUR 150, local VAT is collected at checkout via IOSS. There are no hidden VAT or customs clearance charges on delivery for eligible IOSS orders.
  • By ordering, you acknowledge that you act as the importer of record in the destination country for a personal-use purchase.
  • Orders above EUR 150, or orders where IOSS cannot be used, may incur import VAT, duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees on delivery.
  • We are not responsible if a destination country restricts or refuses import of a product you ordered.

4. Shipping Destinations and Split Shipments

  • We may limit or refuse shipping to destinations where logistics, customs, or legal restrictions make delivery impractical.
  • Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels if required by supplier availability, packaging constraints, or carrier rules.

5. Tracking and Delivery Issues

  • Tracking information is provided when available.
  • If your parcel shows no movement for an extended period, contact [Support Email] with your order number.
  • We may ask you to wait until the carrier's investigation window opens before issuing a replacement or refund.

6. Returns and Refused Deliveries

  • Contact us before returning any order.
  • Unless we instruct otherwise, returns must be sent to the return address designated by the Korean seller.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any return-related carrier or customs costs unless local law requires otherwise.
  • If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender, original shipping charges, return fees, carrier charges, and any non-recoverable customs costs may be deducted from the refund.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
