Terms of Service

1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed through Sorae (sorae.pages.dev). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Sorae is operated from the Netherlands and all transactions are governed by Dutch law.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are authentic Korean skincare items sourced from authorized Korean retailers.
  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is final.
  • Product images are illustrative — minor packaging variations may occur between Korean production batches.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our website's ordering process.
  • An order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation message with the total amount.
  • We accept common Dutch payment methods. Specific methods are communicated during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship to the Netherlands only.
  • Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from order confirmation.
  • Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.
  • All customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price — no surprise fees at delivery.
  • Shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Under Dutch consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

6. Product Authenticity

All products sold by Sorae are 100% genuine and sourced from verified Korean retailers (including Olive Young and Gmarket). We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or gray-market goods. If you believe you received an inauthentic product, contact us immediately for a full refund.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects from product use. Always patch-test new skincare products.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) ordered.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and images — is the property of Sorae and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues directly. If we can't reach a resolution, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform .

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
